Think he could be talkin bout grovie. They were about 2-130 chasing 186 and ended up getting rolled for about 175. I know ill cop some flak for this but besides the last few overs it was the most boring game ive seen for a long time.
Also badger can you tell your mates in guild 2's that if they wanna make ridiculous bets regarding guild smashing modda 1's that they should pay up when they lose. Didnt see the game yesterday but obviously modda proved that there a mile better than guild.

Rito guys, North arent really the kind of team to gloat about success and stuff, but we had a fairly good, team boosting win today.. Sam Hall tonned up.. if theres anybody at our club that we all want to make a ton its Sam...
i may be a little one eyed in all this but jurrassic park.. wat r ur thoughts on the way he batted.. from wat i seen i dont think he gave a chance.. and hes a good bloke and hes the kind of bloke u dont mind seeing making a ton.. unlike bambury !!!

Hally was all class yesterday, he and a couple of the boys came down to our $5000 draw last year and spose got to know him alot better. Geniune nice bloke, chanceless innings and didnt get to troubled with anything i threw at him. There was a couple of LB shouts early, could have went either way but apart from that just used his strengths to his advantage. Good knock worked Hard. Was quite suprised when i told him he was on 48. Hally's words " Bullshit Ando, am i" Still could'nt ruffle him.
Good win by the North lads out played us on all accounts. First time in a while i have seen Brad 'Massive calf muscles' Scown get a full head of steam.

Anyway Well done again to the north Boys hard to chase 225 when we were 3/2 in the first over then 5/9 in the 8th.
Dino's need to have a long hard look at themselves and maybe stop making excuses, too many superstars with not enough ticker. Excuses galore as per usual. . .

Scowny's spell at the start of the innings was great viewing, looked pretty quick out there. Full and straight and had most of the Dino's in trouble. Thought Janssen did alright and seemed to occupy the crease for a notable time.
Interesting to note GCA Country Week Selector Gary Anderton keeping a close eye on proceedings at Godfrey St on Sunday.

Hally was all class yesterday, he and a couple of the boys came down to our $5000 draw last year and spose got to know him alot better. yeh ill give you that. but, this forum stuffed me up, i was remembering reading somewhere that you were iron gloves anderson, so I thought id be right leaving my crease. as far as hallys knock goes, i'm stoked for him. as far as newcomb goes, there may be potential for the future, the young bloke who batted for ages, janssen i think his name was, might need to check that, looked to have a reasonable technique and wasnt fazed at all about the situation.

yeh ill give you that. but, this forum stuffed me up, i was remembering reading somewhere that you were iron gloves anderson, so I thought id be right leaving my crease. as far as hallys knock goes, i'm stoked for him. as far as newcomb goes, there may be potential for the future, the young bloke who batted for ages, janssen i think his name was, might need to check that, looked to have a reasonable technique and wasnt fazed at all about the situation.

he is a gun bat, he also backs up his on field comments with the bat. I think Hornet is sitting above him with the aggregate for the season though. Two freaks !! Anyway funny comment in our batting innings from Bambury when Mozza was batting with Hornet. Hornet had just launched Bambury over cow corner and Bambury asked if it was 6, and Mozza said "yep". Bambury then fired up as he was asking the umpire and not Mozza with "and who are you, and if you need to check who I am, then check the website"
Pretty funny stuff, so by the end of the day I think all the Swans players were checking the website !! hehe.

good to see stuey calder get above double figures with the bat on saty, although the big meat truck was looking very sketchy when trying to deal with my vicious outswingers in the backyard on sunday nite

hey jurassic, maybe the captain and coach should have a better look at who they play each week, how r u ever going to win when some of ur players r already speaking to other clubs. Why would u still play these guys in ur firsts?

hey jurassic, maybe the captain and coach should have a better look at who they play each week, how r u ever going to win when some of ur players r already speaking to other clubs. Why would u still play these guys in ur firsts?
