Grand Final already, and ppl thought that us boys at St Andrews were no chance of making it. Well technically i didnt, ive got my own Semi Final to play in the one dayers, but you boys did and thats just TOO GOOD!

Gee ive just spent a little while going through past entries, and boy do you get some knobs in here. Wont mention names but everyone knows who they are. Gd to see Scotty get off and is primed for tommorrow, im pretty confident that we will win out 3rd in a row, then what will the critics be saying.

I do have to mention one paticular canine member on here though, Ppl have the right to there opinions and i agree with some of your comments about certain players from St Andrews, but seriously dude, get yr head out yr a.. and open yr eyes. Good luck to the boys on the wkend, im looking forward to my game, even if no one else gives a shit about us in the North west, im gonna do my best to Bat and Bowl with plenty of VENOM

Good Luck Venom, Stewy, Justin, Normy, Newtons x 2 , Moshy and most of all Lumpy.

We all do care boys hope you bring home the result.

Enjoy your next 2 free weekends as you know me and my mates will be busy in a game of cricket.

Ape man here's hoping that you guys are given out when hit on the pads this week. It is only by default that you guys have made it this far, surely you have discussed it as a club. You have over acheived this year by ten fold. If you do win be sure to pass on your medal to one of the umipres as they have been great for you in this final series..... You guys will know deep down that you have not deserved a grand final berth and win.

It's because of people like you and FFNB that I won't be at the club next year.

I would've thought that it had something to do with your terrible season!
Sometimes you just need to blame yourself and not others..... But hey your not the first and you will not be the last.

This is directed straight at you FFNB,
As you would appreciate during the course of the season there would have been, no doubt in my mind, decisions that were not given out when they should have been. This is an on going thing that happens to every team playing and umpires are only human who from time to time, do get it wrong. However, for you to state that we have not deserved a finals berth, just shows how immature and childish you are and my suggestion would be to join the Wiggles chat site where you will probably win all youre arguments against 5 yr olds. You are a sore loser that is making an arse of yourself and should just quietly venture off into the wilderness somewhere and stay there. i believe you must be a bitter person who has never been successful and probably barracks for Melbourne in the AFL, Bangladesh in the Cricket, Sth Sydney in the NRL and Stoke in Soccer. Not to mention a team in the MMVCA that chokes at the last minute.

Regardless he's the best umpire in the comp and does his baggage relate to St Andrews? It's unfortunate the best umpire does get the grand final, hope St Andrews don't complain about the umpiring in this game if they happen to lose it.

His baggage, relates to how he presents himself both on and off the field.

If you have an hour to spare and want to feel depressed, ask him.

Interesting comment. You must know him to say something like that. Please tell us what you think it is. I have known the bloke for 20 years...And I wouldn't make a comment like that about him, or anyone for that matter. Not a respectful thing to do. So how's about you tell us.

That's crap mate. The BEST ump this year by a long way and both on and off the field he has my respect.

Either you know something and are trying to *suggest* it here or you are just trying to discredit a decent bloke.

Don't forget without umps the league would be a shambles with decisions blatantly not given etc when teams umpire themselves. You think decisions don't go your way now....

Either spit out what you want to say or shut up and start talking cricket.

Nice name,it's great to have a fan club!!!

the young falla walking in would'nt even remember what i told him but if you really want to know it was like this, nice day mate, suppose you didn't expect to bat today, not much pressure on with 17 runs to get, you may as well have a dip.4 wickets left in hand, have a crack don't let the pressure get to you....
It was one batsman and i love all supporters coz thats what makes a club tick.never once did i swear or say anything personal.
I don't need to tell you how good i am,look up the club records for that.
As for the beer part, personally i drink scotch(which they never have at Barkly st) and most of the guys wanted to show support for one of the other 5 sides we had in finals.

Whats wrong with Hosken?
Bomber27 Hosken is a disgrace the outfield is mud, and will be like that all weekend. Did not see the pitch as it was covered. Just hope play can start tomorrow, if the ground had grass on it like Cole than would be no worry's, Time will tell.

I wonder if St. Andrews were not in the A Turf GF this weekend, would G. Houston have gotten the job?

From what I have read and been told he's the best going around so why isn't he doing A Turf?
Do not know who told you that but we thought it would have been Pat and Matt, with the next two Alan and Alf. Steve Pollard would have been up in the top 4 if he had umpired more.

What's the story weapons are you thinking of gracing the MMCVA? I personally like the club and the guys that play there. They need a leader(s) and someone who will work with their juniors who I believe have been pretty successful. Would I play there if I was looking for a new home- I probably would. If you are coming make sure you have Bob Kuna by your side, I would think that's the reason who have asked the question in the first place.

The guys from West Newport told me you are one of the greatest team men ever to play cricket.
We don't no each other so im not one to judge, but going by your comments on the wdca you are probably a little stiff not to get picked for the shield final and you have at least 13 clubs looking at you for a coaching position.
Please PM me with your Cricketing background and I will pass it on to my club.

Hagman,

since you are quick to judge the club, maybe you would know the reason why Haig 4ths folded the semi final?

why was that kuna?

We didn't have enough players qualify for the game. Unfortunately the 4ths X1 captain didn't submit his team sheets during the walk overs we had. The competition was made aware of this on Thursday night.
