Re: mmvca

St Marys 217, East Coburg 1/29. Z.Khan took 7wkts, P.Brown 75, B.Craddock 38.

Good days cricket, Easts bowled well, nice and tight and give us no room.

And to the weak maggot who went thru our gear in the rooms, and took $200 out of my wallet, i hope you feel satisfied you weak ********.

Re: mmvca

socials 10/143 vs st andrews 3/85 (taylor n jolley at the crease, jolley past 50 already)

socials were 6/60 before the tail toughed it out for a bit...

Re: mmvca

St.Andrews are the best side in the comp make know mistake about it, they play as a team and there are no standouts, thats wat makes a great team. Back to back no 2 ways about it. Go sainters

Re: mmvca

my mail re the merge is that:

it is going ahead next season 08/09,

the bylaws problems relate to the juniors only and will be sorted soon

matting grades will stay as they are for 1st season(08/09)then merged together in 09/10,(top 1/2 a mats mmvca + top 1/2 a mats nwca ect....)

the teams in n.w.c.a that have turf teams will bring them from v.t.c.a to the merged comp,

the comp will be known as n.m.c.a(northern metro)

fact or fiction, i dont know only passing on what i have heard

I learnt the hard way also to never carry a large amount of cash to cricket.

That'd make the comp as big as the VTCA if all the clubs in NWCA brought their turf teams not to mention the number of matting clubs. Poses the question - would the bigger and successful clubs (ie Douttas, Keilor, APW...) want to change comps? Intersting times ahead.

I dont have to look too far Socials have no paid players!

Just a point of interest for you boys one club in nwca pays as much as 10 grand for players per year not the club I come from.

CDCA, I promise you no Saint Andrews players are being paid! Not one!!!

But I will ask my question one more time is there a club in the MMVCA that does not pay a coach?

If there is one then I will accept that - but to the best of my knowledge there in none. And that my friend, is all Dave Jolley is.... A paid Coach.

Ok, then I accept that. As I said to the best of my knowledge though I thought pretty much all MMVCA clubs had paid coaches.

But my main point still stands Saint Andrew Cricket Club does not pay any players... There is a coach who recieves some form of remuneration but let me assure you he works pretty hard for that is without doubt one of if not the best coach in the Comp.
