There will always be players who post, then don't, then post again.
It's a motivational thing. Come along a few days in a row and see no action and you switch off. Not selected and you drop off.
It's a dilemma, but I know that if you have even one posting player that is not selected then you risk losing that player.
IMHO having a few non posters is not a bad thing. During the season new players will ask to join and you can sign them and delist non posters.
The alternative is that they join, hardly get a game, and disappear.
The strategy we need to implement is one that allows the competition to expand until it is too much admin work.
