It was a great day for the NMCA showing the spirit of cricket is alive and well with the majority of clubs contributing to the success and running of the day in one way or another. Was embarrassing though to see one prominent club BYO their own beer
. No class there whatsoever.

Didn’t get the chance to drop in but heard it was packed which is great to hear.
Any word yet on how much was raised?
Who was the club with its own beer, surely they will donate the profits they made.

I think you mean well done to the NMCA and all volunteers from all the clubs that partcipated on the day Bill, entertaining day of cricket some big hits and a big crash from one of the stunt riders. Would love to know how many people ended up there over the day.

You won't hear this from me often but to BA and crew, fantastic effort, well co-ordinated with the NFL to carry out an event of that size with out a hitch is truly well done.

Rivergum vs Lalor-1st vs 2nd. Both coming off losses. rivergum in a must win situation will cement 2nd with a win, a loss will see them finish 4th. lalor in a nothing game really.rivergum lookin for there bowlers to skittle lalor early with bramich, bayly, bannister. lalor relying on christie.. rivergum by 1 wicket

If Lalor get as close as this one wicket prediction it will be a great chase regardless of the result.

Fantastic knock by the old fella, even left the rinse out for the day so we knew he was old. He has a simple philoshpy of keeping the ball along the ground. With no plans of retirement he will outlast some of the other old blokes in the side.

PS: Thanks to everyone who contributed on Saturday to help celebrate Ricks 350th, every little bit helps!
