You're both right. Steve played for Diamond Creek for many years, and has also had a stint at Old Paradians and a few years at Riverside.
Coaching is a bloody tough gig that not many people put their hand up for, but its a very rewarding experience. Good on him for having a crack, he will have his work cut out for him.

Heidelberg West also to DVCA? Strong women's presence which is a very attractive option for the DVCA. In the City of Banyule, travel no more than they currently do, happy to start in Mash. That would make it 10 in that divvy.

I am of the understanding they will be going with 10's and 12's next season. Do the DVCA have a minimum number of senior sides a club needs to field? I think West may have only two but not sure.

Meeting at end of June for the clubs to approve amendments to the constitution, allowing ANY club to apply to join if they choose. Municipality will no longer be a binding factor.
Time to strike and approach Roseban
Looks like they are preparing for the inevitable influx of clubs that could come through to the DVCA over the next 2-3 years. Looks as if the "Northern Cricket League" might happen after all.

Eastern will look at trying to snatch up some of the better clubs on that side of town.
DVCA will be left with the Keon Parks and Lalors to absorb
