VSDCA is ordinary. I watched some of the GF between Altona and Willy, not impressed at all!!! especially the bowling. I would back at least 2 maybe even 3 sides out of the VTCA Senoir div sides to beat both teams in the Subbies GF.

As for the WSUCCA, well............ enough said LMAO

The executive is a joke!!! How they allow sides like YClub and Keilor to pay as amny players as they do has got me beat. I even heard YC pays their 3rd's if they win!!!!! WTF????

overall standard of subbies ********s on your comp, you might have some good players but the depth is not there

About the first hour of both days............ not impressed with either bowling attacks. In fact, I reckon at least 1 bowler from each of the top 8 sides in Senior div would walk into both sides.

I will say that the batting would have more "depth" in the subbies, but from what I saw, I reckon only 1 bowler out of the 2 sides would walk into a VTCA Senior team.

Reckon Yarraville Club's best 4 bats are better than Willi's best 4

as you probably would have known the 2 teams playing were third and 4th on the ladder after the home and away season

the best two teams play in the granny mate - if you cant win a semi final then your not one of the top two sides

they probably dont look like much but they are good bowlers, willy have 3 good bowlers, clemson use to bowl smoke now he is older and doesnt bowl off as many steps last time i saw him but still quality, speakman the little red nut is not fast but takes wickets flat out because he jags it everywhere, and i havnt really seen sheedy bowl but heard he is a gun and took plenty of wickets this year. on the other side altonas bowlers arnt as good, gordie is 67 years old but still gets good wobble, and boglis the spinner bowls alright... still subbies is better than your league
