Agreed we have had a slow start to the year. The only reason I have gone quiet is because I'm waiting for Gorilla Lionheart or no heart as it should be looking at their batting performace last week. Sprooked all week to me about how good they are and that happens. Embarassed i would have thought. Bounce back? or on the slide? we'll soon see.

We'll be right down Lavo, still looking forward to getting some guys down in the next few weeks......

Gelli vs GU - would hate to be the gellibrand boys this week, GU on the rebound.

Hoppers Club vs Lavo - (havent the lavo boys gone quiet on this site). I think the lavo boys are hurting enough with their slow start to kick start their season wth a good win.

Vale vs Imps - Should be a toughy. Hinton & Jocka unavailable. But will and have to back our boys. Looking forward to it.

West vs Digman - Digman should be too strong. West will put in a gritty showing though.

ANA vs Colts - Colts. ouch that hurt.

Grand United to beat Gellibrand comfortably.

Lavo to easily beat Hoppers club .

Wyndhamvale(new flag favourites ? ) to easily beat the imps.

Digman to beat West Newport.

Colts to stuff ANA.

No surprises this round .

should be letter sent to clubs informing them about training. Not that i'm entirely sure about all this stuff

GU should beat Gellibrand. Still need Eddie Maddern or one of the Commo's to make runs for them to win

Lavo should win this easy. Not a great bowling lineup from Hoppers, and Lavo have some fair bats and should win

Have to say Wyndhamvale for obvious reasons. Should be a good game though

Digman should get the W. Should be too good

Colts. As much as we all want ANA to win, i just don't think they have the cattle

I agree with the above tips, the A's lost to many players and have invested in youth with 3 players from the 17's playing this rd, if top 4 dont fire might be a long day. Should be interesting in the battle of the captain coaches, with last year antics, could be a red/yellow card given either way this game. Hope the A's get up in a upset....

Is it a end of a era down at GU? Looks like a few sides have a chance this year.

everyone has said gu are gone i think they should worry about there own team ,they will be there again and no i dont play for gu

rumor or fact? HEAR THE 2 UMPIRES WHO UMPIRED 2007/2008 A FINL HAVE QUIT. reason player reported in game who refused to attend tribunal last season,then changed his mind 2 weeks ago only got 2 weeks suspension.
also hear if he plays again no umpires will be sent to the game.
tribunal needs to look at previous history before penalties handed down or umps may refrain from waisting time putting in reports

your statement was get facts right,now when challenged you say forget the facts ok ? but this is fact if plays it will be without umpires . end of debate.sorry 2 weeks should read 2 matches so wont play in 2 weeks as your post

The umpires should admit they got it wrong in the GF maybe thats why they
called it quits they know there not up to it anymore, as for not turning up if he plays what a joke. ive seen a lot worse from other teams over the years.

umpires got it wrong?they didnt abuse & dispute decisions ,not up to it anymore. have been best 2 for 2 years now gone .no joke wont be there. and just for record he called game off not umps.

If true that they have quit because they didn't agree with the tribunal decision...well that's a bit ironic!!

He got reported, got a fair hearing, got 2 weeks....get on with it and stop sooking...

i hear a bit of turmoil at wyndhamvale a couple of weeks ago with some fighting inside the club.. with a prominent player getting king hit by another

might be best 2 umps recently but they made a couple of big mistakes that had an impact on the result,i wouldve gone off too if i was captain! it was a granny remember,u dont get many cracks at them!
