Weapons really must have stirred some emotions down there at West. It seems however, he was able to put it behind him and move on. Its time to dry the tears at West...it certainly was not the first time for dramas from behind the bar there (or I guess lots of clubs for that matter)...

How long ago was this travesty committed by the one fanged man? How long could 20 slabs really have lasted?

Cant we all just get along?

i dont blame west newport when you have a first year player ripping off there club!!!!!

I am certain there are aspects of the story about which I know nothing. And I am sure that goes for everyone else.

I guess my point was: When do the tears stop down there?

Its an old age problem at cricket clubs. $ + Piss + Cricketers of mixed abilities + Club vested interests = friction/tears/recriminations.

West 'aint the first and wont be the last. And Weapons wasnt even the first at West, thats for sure.

Yeah Right Arm Speed has been quiet just because i havnt had a chance to come online thats alll...

Good to see Lavo had a win the boys are starting to gel as a side and really should be 2-1 after there shocker round 1 loss to willy imps. Just missed out on the outright on the weekend which wouldve had the boys back up there.

West have had problems from behind the bar on and off since the late eighties. Not sure how they are tracking in the last couple of years, but it happens. As I said, they aint Robinson Crusoe in that regard.

Before you say it though, I am not going to start naming blokes I have played with and against. Just my perspective so if you dont want to believe me I dont really gaf.

Problems behind the bar hey? I was there in the late 80's+most of the 90's, on the commitee too+I didnt see any problems,actually we were one of the best clubs financially going around.Did you play there?Maybe we played together in a flag or 2?
