Ponting and Bracken are set to return for tomorrows match. While Ganguly will be back for India. So both teams should be near full strength for the 3rd ODI.

Hopefully Ponting can keep his team inside the barrier of control when it comes to Sreesanth. Hopefully Ganguly can have a word with Sreesanth!!!

Australia looking good for a big score again. A lot will depend on Symonds and Clarke but they have to be looking for the 300 mark again.

The Symonds and Clarke partnership took Australia to 290. 291 should be a challenging target to chase down and India are in bother after losing Gambhir and Uthappa early. They need a big partnership from the two out in the middle.

I've given up all hope now :( I'm putting all my money on Australia for this series. I'd be disappointed but rich.

the chance to india will win is very less because they lost wickets and also score slowly... bowling has been poor for india but they dont even bat well later

yuvraj and sachin need to stay and they can increase the run rate later. but it is very hard. only dhoni remaining and pathan bats sometimes. why ganguly not playing today???

It's down to the last 20 overs now. The run rate is achievable for a Twenty20. Only problem is that India are 4 down with only one recognized batsman to come after this pair.

i forgot that rohit sharma was palying today.it is very difficult to win now but we need good inninngs by yuvraj

Yuvraj Singh completes his 7th ODI hunderd. At least something to cheer for the Indians from this useless performance.

yay hunderd for yuvraj :D except him indian batsmen have played poorly. sachin scored 40 but he played very slowly

Yuvraj Singh dismissed. The entertainment is over, the people are leaving the stadium. He played extremely well today. India needed a batsman to score a century to win this match but no one else really gave him enough support. Sachin and Dhoni chipped in with 43 and 33 but more was required off other batsmen. Had Sachin stuck around and accelerated later then India would have been in a better position.

yuvraj played well but we did really well to get the rest of the top order cheaply.the scorecard reflects that wit one batsman getting 121 out of 240

india lost by 47 runs.im disappointed i hope they fight well in the remaining matches.

So the series stands at 2-0 in favour of Australia. India have batted poorly in both the games and haven't challenged the score, which was expected especially in home conditions. India will need to win all of the next four matches to win the series and going by their performance with the bat and ball it seems highly unlikely. The only positive for India from today's match was Yuvraj's batting. India have faltered in both the matches while chasing. If Dhoni wins the toss and choses to bat in the remaining matches then it will be interesting to see whether the batsmen get out just because of the pressure of chasing.

top order was poor... 2 batsman got ducks and it lost us the match... australia got good score in all match but india should be chase them or get close because of the batsmen we got... they have disappoint the people very much

Good win for the Aussies, India may be kings of twenty20 but Australia are proving that they are the ones to beat over 50 overs.
