Still can't believe Trent Williams didn't make, Mark Phelan is good but his got next year to play, shouldn't of been picked this year, still a good player though.

His a good player, but not upto Dowling standard as far as im concerned. Other players such as Williams and Larcom-Cooper that are better than him.

Yer even though your from mernda i agree. He isnt a lightning bowler but he can bat all day and punish every bad ball. Wait a while until he's used to the vic pitches and he will be batting in the middle of the 'g' soon.
The invite must have gone to f.ryder or j.reid by mistake instead of avramov.
Next year...just wait

i do know what im am talking about because i have seen all the boys in falcons play cricket and i tell ya wat, a lot of em arn that gud. Michael sanderson with a head so big he needs 2 helmets when he bats, and mark phelan who hasnt made any big scores this year and is still bottom age. and has any1 seen hayden einsiedel take a wicket in the last 2 year. simon barring can only bowl one type of ball and takes 20 overs to hit 24 runs and mitchel komen hasn done anything spectacukar

Everyone is allowed their own opinions. I feel that he is a good player but that is my opinion. Cricket is a team game Riverside Legend, it shouldn't be left up to a few individuals as the team won't go very far

Agreed that Komen hasn't done much at all, but who is it that he is connected to that got him into the side? You'r goin completely off track of your original statement.

i seem to recall not one kid in that side being able to bat, or bowl for that matter.

yeh agreed avramov, has done nothing, and the north east falcons side is a great team, every player is deserving of there spot, from F Ryder thorugh to M Hand

also, jack reid bowled an absolute treat last weekend and consistently bowls well. bowled well in u14 falcons, bowled well in hatch and all things going well hopefully he will bowl well in u16 falcons this year.

if you look at his stats, he has been regularly in the leading wicket takers. year in, year out.

so because he bowled a few balls to you down leg side, does not mean he bowls 'too much down legside'. take a look at the bigger picture, rather than make ridiculous narrow minded comments.

yehh this DVCA juniors ........, i just want to leave. go to a nurturing district club. i reckon i could play 3's easy atm . pushing 2's selection at a weaker club.
