Lol well boys seein how he averaged 30 odd with the bat last year means he is pretty good.
And someone mentioned earlier he bowls pies, well considering he is a keeper that's proberly right, the only reason for him to bowl in a game would be for a muck around after we've known we've won the game.
Just leave him alone, that's the way he is he'll never change so get over it. Most people hate him cause of his mouth, but i'm tellin you he can bat, and he can bat well.
That's all ya's need to worry about, not his mouth or anything else. Take it out on him on the field not on here.

well seeing as though the franks smashed thommo 1st game this year and beat college last year convincingly and lost to the bats by only a run it looks as though mont is the only danger..
as with wegener and del mastro. they are both young players and wegener i would say was the best all rounder in money last year from what i played against, the only downside to his game is that he gets starts b/w 50-70 but goes out never goes on with it. del mastro will make big runs as he grows older and wiser. and i definatly thinkthey would be picked in any side in money

Lol like i said, if he is bowlin we know we've won the game. So i suppose we knew we had the game won, so we had some fun.
And it's ok if he makes a bad score here and there, he makes runs consitiently and honestly i don't care and neither do most people care what you say, cause it's the truth. So have fun with bagging him.
Hope you make some runs aswell Buddy. =D Doubt you'll make more then Steve though...

me think you a frank? you seem to know a lot about these guys if you only play them once a year. Wegener best alrounder in money, maybe not,but that's your opinion and thats whats all about.
Whats the bats story are they the real deal? i heard big ronnie went to bathurst and didn't play.......isnt he captain coach?
after a couple of rounds i think there might be two players on 6 votes

Don't compare you and I mate... we're a different kettle of fish. There is a difference between replying to a bloke (TVOTV or some Barclay blokes) as I have been, and taking un-provoked snipes at a bloke (Steve Long) about his character and skill as you have been.
Show me the evidence that Steve Long is a ************ and a shit cricketer... I've never met him, but I know Adrian and his family quite well, and they are bloody top people. What you've done on here borders on slandering and defamation. By the way, can you show me some evidence where I have straight out named a person, and then said they are a '************', 'shit cricketer', 'big-mouth', etc. I doubt you will find it.
As for my bowling, you 'heard' I bowled shit-house... again you are bordering on slander. Who did you 'hear' that from??? Or did you just jump onto MyCricket, look up my figures and then make up the fact that you 'heard' that I had bowled shit-house??? You have to be careful with what you type, because it can get you into trouble if they want to take it any further. It's typed in black and white... so I'd hate to be your defence lawyer.
Anyway, back to your question... yeah, didn't bowl the best, had 16 hit off my 1st over... then 8 were hit off my next 3. Had 1-2 skied chances dropping short or between fielders, but ahh well. Apart from the first 4-balls of my spell, I was pretty happy with how I bowled.

Again... you're making claims without any form of evidence (other than throw-away comments) to back it up. You have shown recently that you love to throw names out there, so why don't you do it again? I won't hold my breath though, because what you have said is most likely crap... and even if it wasn't, it wouldn't bother me in the slightest anyway.
I'm confident enough in myself to not worry about that school-yard crap (Are you?), and I do the best I can with what I've been given. If I give 100%, yet that still doesn't meet the approval of others, then I really couldn't give a toss these days... because I'm probably my harshest critic anyway.

i relise this is a Money shield forum but as i'm only 8 or 9 bad games away i thought i'd tip in.
You two morons ( t.v.o.t.v & knows fu** all ) - although i don't personally know steve ( bigcricket007 ) for you guys to get on a website & have cheap shots at him is crap. Regardless of his performance on the field, why take advantage cos he decided to reveal who he is. He has no write of reply as he has no idea who you are or your ability as cricketers.
He probably doesn't need to me to stick up for him but understand that most people actually don't like negative stuff written about them - theres a newsflash - so how about you give it a rest - or let him know who you are so you're on an even playing field.
One thing is for certain that any bloke/girl that writes stuff about others would not have the guts to verbalise the same thing face to face so how about you two heroes stick to talking about your club & other cricket issues & leave the personal attacks alone.
