wow very quick to write these players of after 2 one day games, i know that wegener has only batted once and is not bowling due to injury and lewis has batted up the order... lewis, del mastro and wegener if they get going can beat a team single handedly. flynn is bowling smoke and no batsmen can get an edge to him his to quick. thomas will get better as the year gets going. the 2 dayer will prove either one way or another wether the franks are the real deal. im tipping 80 overs of big runs. the only thing in the way of them making over 350+ will be big mick and from what ive seen i dont think they have much to worry about. keep your eyes glued for some big scores

College have smashed them the last three years outright
Mill Park have been bowled out both games for 130 and could not even last the 40 overs in each game yet the longer version of the game is going to suit them

Yeah that's Steve, but he had the talent to back it up, so no one seems to care.
Wasn't a one off for Adrian aswell, he is playin 2/3 more games then will see what he wanna do.

Wegener had one good year last year but as a rule just slogs to square leg, does bowl a tidy line and length though. De mastro is a handy twos player but suggest he may find himself in and out of the side all year.
Yes the Franks do appear be the team to beat, however i think any of Mont, Thommo, College or Yarrambat would think they could match it with them on any given day.

The Franks and The Pythons will be 1 and 2
Throw a blanket over the Rest it will be a very even year for a lot of teams
Thommo dropping there first two is not ideal but they are more than capable of winning a cpl outright.They still have a very talented bowling line up and if soly can get his head right then look out.
Yarrambat have made finals the last three years so they are always there or thereabouts and are a very tight unit.
As for the College,unless they have someone to help Dogga than they will struggle with the bat to compile enough runs against the top sides but like thommo will have there days out and destroy the bottom teams
Just check the results this week
it will give us a much clearer view of where teams are heading after the first two weeks of hit and giggle where i personally think some teams got lucky but will be found out in the true form of the game

Del Mastro is a capable average bat. I know hes only young but i dont think he has ever come close to "beating a team single handedly". I think the franks will be good however i reckon duggin cant carry the team all year, cause the rest of 'em will be too inconsistent.
