after two games its looking like mont and the franks are the ones to beat....
good game this week franks and morang, scary to see franks get 220 odd without the likes of berthet, wegener, del mastro and lewis getting any, some big big scores ahead for them if they get in the runs wich i think they will.
although i think morang will give franks a run for their money this week big mick steaming in he will get morang over the line. maybe????
was thinking last week what is the highest no. of representitives from one club for the money shield rep team?
berthet, wegener, duggin all played last year...
lewis, flynn, thomas, delmastro all a chance to get picked it could be st. francis VS. jika this year

He'd probably be the first to admit he is going through a rough trot at the minute, but he will work it all out again and come back as good as he was a few seasons back.
The funny thing is, you're here posting these little sledges... when I'd bet his worst is still better than your best.

Panton Hill: ( Motch must bat at three)
Hurstbridge: Atkins due for big one.
Yarrambat: 80 overs might stretch NEW bowlers, may chase 340+
Mont: Whittlesea have been good but, Mont may get first outright.
Mill Park: on the improve, Jones wickets,groom runs, L.Stewart back will start to play to their potential, should be a great game.
South Morang: Big Mick to tear the heart out of a potentially strong but maybe a little brittle middle order, lucky duggin plays for them he has a third of their wickets and runs.
will only be two teams underfeated after this round Mont and morang.
We have heard lots about many teams but not much about Mont, anybody played them and could give feedback, are they the real deal, whats their strengths?

read this and had a quick look at the scores and wickets of the line of four players,lewis 4 wkts 19 runs, flynn 25 runs getting a nose bleed at 1 i would think and 2 wkts, thomas first game bowled 2 overs for 25 and yet to take a wkt, del mastro 22 runs and wegener not bowling and 4 runs if they got in they must have the same selectors that pick the JIKA team.
Duggin no doubt, berthet needs to keep getting them.

JB "the gummy bear" is in that good a nick he middled one down leg side to the keeper, expect him get some shortly....
Write those guys off at your own peril, yes the stats don't look great but it doesn't all come down to numbers...
You are right though, there has been some good performers this year, which is making for an exciting season and even competition.

Thommo will have its first win as well

Mill Park the two day format will suit there style of game
Mont will save the trip up there the following week all over in a day
I think St Francis will be to strong for Morang should be a good game
