Cofidence is high we have been training for some time now. This season is all about rebuilding bring the young guys threw,Mill Park has had 4 or 5 bads seasons so we hope to win more games than we loose.

Finals are along way away for us at this stage, one game at a time at this stage. The 2nd will be a strong team as they made the finals last season so with a few of the older guys dropping down gives some young guys a chance in the 1s.

Crickets a funny game we all know that....Whats that old saying you have to crawl before you walk..

Doesn't sound like you guys are getting to carried away must be just all the hype from outsiders wanting to put you guys off your game early.

Finally getting off the mill park topic what about a little bit of info from all the other clubs who's captaining the money shield and money reserve sides for your clubs this year.

yer how ya goin every1 one goin back on the m.p.c.c club rooms i can tell yous all this they wont be done till january 4th. how i no that a good mate is workin with the council and the are keeping it between the council people only.

any way getting serious now carnt wait to play mill park last time i played yous i was at whittlesea but now even better side now

I tend to agree, however it's at each captain/coach's discretion and that's the advantage of having a strong team, and batting line up... and if that is the case, i can think of a few bowlers who fit into this category who cherry pick lower order wickets.....

With Panton Hills Ground out of action this year due to it having the surface relaid,i was told they were to play at Wattle Glens old stomping ground.
However after looking at the pitch on sunday it is Plain old Concrete with no all weather pitch...
Who else is having problems finding a home ground

Stu Duncan is going overseas hence why he is not playing this year

any news out of newcc, any new signings?? with all the money they threw at their coach they'd want to deliver this season, cant see it happening though, whats the deal with panton hill playing at wattle glen is their ground getting re-surfaced?? anyone else excited that round 1 is upon us?

if your at training Thursday nite can you let the committee know there will be a few of the boys up there Saturday and Saturday nite, sticking around for an ale or 10 can they stock up on the Pure Blondes please.
