yer, knightys wrong un would be the best going around the ECA, probly the only one going round actually!

he doesnt seem to care for the game any more tho, prefers races before xmas, then JUST plays enough games to qualify, interesting

im suprised that batsmen in the bottom order play for turn at all, usually its just see ball hit ball isnt it?

In my team Chaz the lower order see ball and miss ball!

A Turf couldn't play him? He bowls straight breaks...

I rate doggy as a bat and a bloke but please he is horrible with the ball.

Not many people can even play spin these days. They just see the ball and make feeble attempts to smack it out of the ground.

Hey Fuzzy, that's a great way to play!

By best bowlers I am going on their form the last 5 seasons and knight is up there. Yes he is too old and doesn't give 2 flying f's but you can't argue that in his heyday he was brilliant the last year or so he has lost interest but loves Bulleen CC.

I agree, it's tough to knock people with such a proven track record. I think the Ugly Sister is the type of person would would say Ricky Ponting should be dropped.

It very hit and miss TT. I believe playing spin you should always attack them because if let a spinner get in a groove they will dominate all day. There are good ways to put a spinner off their length rather than trying to hit them out of the ground. Look at using the crease, taking off stump guard, using your feet etc.

Some interesting thoughts from you Fuzzy. Are you a top order player yourself?

What that was supposed to mean TT that I am a floater, so have to wait for the captain to tell me where to bat.

Re: Eastern Cricket Association 2010/11

Some players just pull out the reverse sweep...

Re: Eastern Cricket Association 2010/11

Are we excited about playing limited overs games in coloured kit?

Obviously Primary Edge have bunged the ECA a few bucks to make this happen. Good business for them etc.!

Neil Baker certainly has it in his locker.

Doesn't have as much idea of playing spin as you do Fuzzy.

Not many players can play spin these days. Only guns can and Bakes is in that category

Probably the lack of spin bowling in the ECA plays a part in that.

English players face alot more spin.

maybe my see ball hit ball theory relates to Neil Baker also?

Everything relates to Neil Baker these days. You can't leave Andrew Male out either.
