I say that everyone tipping must have a brief write up on each game to justify their tip, maybe tip for BOF... agree?

My tips for round 3:
Glen Iris vs Deepdene - GI to bounce back, Parsons can't do it all each week! - Armstrong
Boronia vs East Doncaster - Boronia at home, will want to win after a surprise loss - Bowen
Mont Albert vs Mulgrave - Mont Albert too strong at home, always a good side,mulgrave's team looks ords.. -Wright
Hawthorn vs Surrey Hills - Hawthorn easily, too strong with Tongue still performing well.
North Balwyn vs Marcellin - NB will smash them.. Evans if he plays, Binney if not
Ashburton vs St Kevin's - cracking game, along with DD/GI for match of round, ashy win, Cox 100.

Hear word that mont albert have a few english lads coming this week. looking at their side from last week it seems about right, they were a bit thin.. Change my tip to an outright this week for MA!

Washout - you honestly think last years premiers will go 0-2?? Just remembered my tips and I did too! GI's pom Jack Taylor didn't have a good day at all, 6 wides. hopefully didn't throw too much coin out for that one!!

Will Marcellin win a game this year??

Deepdene have a pom coming out too!
 
cricket stump- yes, I do (lost a few players I hear)
someone has to win- just a guess (only got 3 right last week)

Poms aren't the bees knees boys (lots of misses with internationals of late)
the pom must be a bowler to get the best out of him.

north balwyn are a good side (looked at mycricket and the side is basically the same as last season with 1 change)
 
council mayor- every club should love to have a drink or two, three or four after the game. You should have everyone hang around for at least 1 drink after the game (home or away)
did this happen after last weeks game- we did

I am going to back Deepdene to only win games against those sides who came up this year and just miss relegation. i am hearing there are problems right throughout the club!

Given you are hearing there are problems throughout the club would you please be a little bit more specific and perhaps highlight say three problems.
 
I'm looking forward to the 80 overs this week but gee I am going to miss that white ball. with no sight screens in play i find the white ball much easier to pick up than the red one. Anyone else like facing the white pill more than the red?

He'll be a major asset to them if he's playing all year. Any time District players play, it's good for all of us hacks.

Marcellin vs Glen Iris - Glen Iris (neither going all that well but GI going better after Saturday)
St Kevins vs Hawthorn - St Kevins (skevs have started the season well and will continue)
Deepdene vs Mont Albert - Deepdene (will stick with the 11/12 premiers for another round)
East Doncaster vs Ashburton Willows - Ashburton (could go either way - Ashburton just going a little better)
Mulgrave vs North Balwyn - Mulgrave (close again but rate Mulgrave at home above NB)

GI - more talent
DB - Parsons
Willows - underrated
Mulgrave - home ground
Skevies - 11 contributors

I also notice Male made his return via B Turf! Probably the right level of cricket. Not good enough in the top grades!
 
Reserve Day tips

Boronia - SH are going to struggle all year I think, no depth, alth
GI - As are Marcellin - regardless of their Northcote input
SKOB - Great solid all round team (looking good this weekend also against AW)
DB - Can't keep them down too long
AW - Agree with CM, underrated but failed with the bat this week vs SKOB
Mulgrave - Some pretty good in's this week (Aldons, Alagaratnam and their Pom is apparently a quality U19 English keeper/batsman)
