Bergers to knock off the zannas with a home semi final riding on it.
The slime easy over west ivanhoe.
The blowies in a boil over against the crazy bears and with old man andy stewart and aiden young to fire against there former club.
East ivanhoe to beat edinbourgh if they play with there hearts and not there wallets.
I love it Crimba...... play with ur heart not ur wallet!! Ithink u boys will hammer the howzats! i backn u for a ton this week mate. big story going around that north heidelberg are starting the banksia bullets up next year... mattbest is the man behind the seen with jason lankcaster, leigh gray, john green, trent scannel, dal mullenger already to sign! i think most players are coming from summer colts. the howzats top order need to make runs, the little bear Ando is due!
the slime must be clapn there hands in delight after seeing Rosanna, Banyule and Heidelberg all failing to make runs over the last few games, or is it just west heidelbergs gun bowling attact..... I must say the game on sunday was very ********ing boring. does any1 at banyule play a shot apart from ocka and D. barnes... Didnt see Wilson bat, they tell me he batted well.

The howzats top order looked very shaky and from all reports if the chessebergers had of held a catch of huss early would of faniced there chances. Wilson did bat well and and so did poyser, he reminds me of a young marty the monster. Heard andy STEWART finally got some wickets against the crazy bears and walker once again none for bit like his mate smout with th bat.:D

dont worry crimba, batting is over rated. Does anyone know who the media manager is.. seems a bit behind the eight ball when it come to match reports. maybe he likes a drink or 2.

warney mate brid is doin a top job no doubt about that...the real reason for those players missing a few games is...walker: half retart/half ortistic, smout: toolies commitments on the gold coast, s.favrin: has red hair, m. favrin: little daego, c.hunter: was abducted at a kentucky fried chicken resturant in late november...nobody has seen him since, r.gardner: has been carrying a career ending injury all season but the tough little ************ just keeps playing through the pain with his enormous heart, and finally grant jordan...apparntly he sat down with grindal to talk about issues about how he wasnt getting "his fair share", so grindal sat him down and sed "look mate, you want those last donuts then you just have to be quicker around the afternoon tea table...im not just gona stand by and watch them not get eaten. its as simple as that grant"

to just be plain and simple its about time that all the old fellas down there retire full stop and give there young players a run!
I must say versing them in the 16s last year they had plenty of talent and just like to know how there goin this year, very disappointing to only see 5 of there premiership players playing this year

how are the likes of

brad nihill, andy edwards , aidin meyer , gav watson , blake indian going??? as i see there the only premiership players playing.

and where did all these others head off to???

Mr cricket relax with your keyboard bashing of the old bergers. If you look at last weeks side you would of realised a few things, muppet.
Brad nihill 15 years old and no pubic hair.
r walker 18 yo
b smout 19 yo
r dowdy 20 yo
a singh 22 yo
t brannagan and m favrin 27 yo.
7 players under the age of 28 so do ur research first muppet instead of playing with your little pinner.

Re: HDCA cricket forum

a big week in the hdca just before finals

in a grade

hwest had a good win but not quite good enuff to get the full 10 pts. Good to see chickenman score a great knock of 135no and backed up by his coach greg camilleri with a well made 77. Did have them 5fa in the 2nd innings but with martin and bubba still at the crease with the scores level they never had any real chance.

edinburgh had a great win against the out of form hberg for the 2nd time this year. After a VERY disappointing batting display by the burgers they never really gave their bowlers a chance to defend anything (about time they relied on someone other than bubbles and cash to get them out of trouble i feel ???? ) . Nick abbott scored a brilliant 125 and well backed up by the ever reliable Bradley shadbolt with a well made 89. Whilst big bubbles did the job again pulling back some respectability with 4/60 from his 20 overs. Edinburgh will be hoping for a win next week against the blowies to finish the year off on a high.

After amassing 275 the international XI were very disappointing in allowing rosanna to pass them 4 down. Lukey anderson, huss and dan dunbar in his first game of the year in first grade did the damage all batting very well against an ordinary bowling effort. Only player to pick up multiple wickets was the young up and coming luke harbinson who will give the saints so hope for the future and not just relying on there wallets. Very good sign just before finals for rosanna and a big finals series for them may be on the cards.

In the match of the round banyule ended up easily accounting for slime. After making 215 last week held together by ray kelsey (102) and having banyule 1/5 overnight with dangerman brent oconnor out, they were looking favourites but some goodbatting from youngster ryan hartnett (27), marty phillips (35no),j.wilson (55no) and justin poyser (71) got them well and truly over the line. Very good for banyule people to see them easily win without brent oconnor contibuting to the scorecard.

Well if all results go as expected then the likely semi finals will be

Rosanna Vs Gborough @ rosanna if playable
Banyule Vs Hberg @ banyule

any thoughts from anyone??
