Who from our club bags Danny on here he is a good player but he chose to leave no one forced him.

no need to get angry just stating the obvious. You blokes have performed below par and it was supposed to get better with Danny gone, seems like the unity isn't here after all. Taylors and Paco play as a team , everyone knows that. The comp knows without Johhny and sometimes Shep glady cannot win, no one makes enough runs...... simple.
And as you know, whoever you are , Danny couldn't stay the knives in the back eventually bled him to death. Good luck saturday , better hope Thomas has an off day as you have no hope and with Wes leaving next year, rumour maybe someone else, you guys will struggle.

Danny was great for us this year and I am sure he will be next year as well! Great fella!

It would be great to see Gladdy out this week! Biggest bunch of wa***rs I have ever had to play against! I hope Thomas fires this week and pulls your pants down! Markham, Morgan and Lee smash you pathetic bowling attack all over!

Will be a bit strange for a couple of your blokes playing against Taylors, from what I have been told a few will be in the blue and yellow next year!!

If anyone was going to come up to Luscombe I thought Clarkefield would have to be a chance they are the only team that have a first 11 in Stringer that has made the finals in that grade.

Would the comp consider a bye??????

How funny, most of those rumours are way off the mark. Gladyboy , you have no idea about anything , wouldn't have a clue who anyone is on this . Wes is a done deal, gone from glady. The other ins and outs are interesting, imagine if Blum leaves the tip rats ?, Danny will be spewing both his opening bowlers gone, cutajar to buckley is interesting, talking to few boys last week and it seems Tipping is back but no mention about cutajar. AS I said Paco has a dream run playing Roxy and they will smash them so that's why i think paco are certs this year. Other semi can go either way but if Thomo turns up glady can't win , simple. Lee in form , markham overdue and they have good depth in their batting. I'm gald to be with and on the blue and yellow this year.

Gee whiz, your all quick to write of roxy..
There not third for no reason you know..paccoe no certainties to win the semi this week..will have to play some of their best cricket to win..

However, I think that PVCCC has the best batting depth and bowling depth of all the teams, so Im confident if we play some good cricket the flag could be ours..but lets just hope we win the semi first..there the hardest to win..just ask anyone at gladdy!

This is also another great team some very good cricketers in this imagine if all these blokes did go to buckley park and taylors next year would be a ripper of a game.could only see only one week link in the beavers (rea) but he still gets wickets ,so not really a weak link and would be about the same,probably onlt the one sought of weak links.would be 2 of the strongest teams seen in NWCA LUSCOMBE u would have to think

No one is going to Buckley , that's what i hear apart from Wes, Tipping may come back and erdo is a cert.
Danny is not going to Buckley , I have asked him and would love to stay at Gully but players need to get serious for him to stay. He did mention getting out of the comp and he was at Douttas in the pre season, so ???
Rumour has it from one bloke at Douttas is they want him to be assistant coach, he will not play ones but I don't think he cares at his age. Wes is done and dusted , he will not tell glady yet but we all know he is not one of the boys there. He is close to erdo and he gets out very soon so deal is done. We will win the flag make no mistake , unless taylors bat first that's the only chance they have. People shouldn't take this too seriously, getting all precious isn't a good thing boys. Trippy will clean up , he is a finals performer.

First , lets clarify few matters re. danny viani . its obvious danny has been networking beautifully and giving every man and his dog around the traps “ his “ version of events as to what transpired last season . unfortunately when the iq count is single figures during these discussions , events are distorted to a large degree .

First , danny resigned from his position as captain coach . no one forced his hand . it was danny who had difficulty embracing the new culture within the club .

It was danny who had difficulty mixing with new / old / young players within the group ..the club was’nt about individuals anymore , unlike the previous 20 years . the new admin / coaching staff are trying to create a professional culture that goes further than just playing cricket .

The so called “ new guys “ that apparently know everything , were’nt the problem !!!

It unfortunate that a long term player with the club and someone who say’s he’s all for the club could’nt embrace these winds of change !!



Next , the “ under achievers “ tag !!

3 seasons , 1 premiership , runner’s up , in finals again , 3 one day premierships in row !!

Not bad for a club that had’nt won a final in 10 years !!



Final , to tip rat , loins , pacoboy ……comedy relief is healthy . enjoy your banter . we at gladdy enjoy the “ under dog “ tag . talk is cheap , actions speak louder than words .

Ok, you have done well in the last 5 years or so! but where are you going! by the looks of it you are on the way down with us!!!

At least we play just for a social drink and a quiet choof on a Sat, we only pay the coach unlike your good self and you only won 3 more games than us!!!!!!!

You will loose Wes and I am sure a few more as bigger clubs will be waiving the cash around! it has already started!! How will you replace them? you have the same problem as us, poor ground and clubrooms!!!

If it is time for action, you must rate your chances on Sat!!
Have you beaten the Lakes in the past 2 years in a 2 day game? Looking through results vault you have had your pants pulled down by them every time!!!!

just a small tip guys this weekend will be the first time since christmas that roxy have had all there team back playing together and we know what happened before christmas,and russell played his first game since mid december after breaking his finger and made 108 not out. i know the bowling was average but he diddnt give a chance, so you can write them off at your pearl.remember all the pressure is on paco because they wouldn't want to lose to a so called average team that finished third.
