Taking off to the delivery stride with your back leg then landing on your back leg and then onto your front leg. You probably don't do it, it's probably just the angle, but yeh, as Liz said, see if you can get a video that shows your run up and delivery stride where you can see both feet, so we can see if you ahve a hop.
