It is to provide comfort for whoever uses it. These items are readily available in shops that sell them.

They are in most rooms, but not all.

Any colour but many are brown.

I'm thinking of beds, bedsteads since most of them are brown (made of wood), provide comfort, and can also be made of synthetic material or metal. Not true?

These items are typically more numerous than beds and are found in most places in and around a home. Certainly not just bedrooms.
I have many with some my favourites.

A little wary to start with but are now bonding. The puppy wants to play all the time and while Bonnie is not an active dog, she does not seem to mind. Up to a point.
