well if he stays up in the ones i doubt i will face him again

but i would like to face him to see how much he has improved

That's the most sensible thing you've said for a while Pidgeon. Lets hope you're wrong so the rest of us have hope that the great Mountme's aren't in fact invincible!

I am guessing that there won't be much game time today. Looking out the window all I can see is grey sky and lots of rain.

Jimmy,

I checked the courier this morning. There was only stuff on the BCA.
There was however, a small thing on the central highlands competition that is going on at the moment. That's the junior cricket competition that I think you are talking about.

Right-o Pigeon. Let's end this once and for all.

Before I went into Point in 1991-92 I played out at Buninyong. Back then Ballarat clubs such as Golden Point, etc were in the Ballarat Cricket Association A-Grade competition.

Teams like Buninyong played in the Ballarat Cricket Association B-Grade through to E-Grade competition. There was B-Grade, B-Reserve, C-Grade.... right down to E-Grade. The BCA then changed this to BCA Division 1, Division 2, etc.

I suppose you could consider it to be like the English Premier League with the Championship after that and so forth but without the relegation system.

Teams like Ballan are most certainly part of the BCA and have a team in Division 1 at the least. There is no separate league like the Central Highlands. There is the Grenville Cricket Association and many others but no CHCA.

naps v wendouree called off so 3 points each. it rained/drizzled consistently and didnt let up at all. other games get on at all!?

Look outside the window. The light is too bad for playing cricket and plus it has been raining all day.
Oh and do one thing change your sig because it is insulting and very rude. Makes you look like a ********wit.

there were alot of games being played around vic park and ballarat 2day.

Coronet played Darley today. coronet won by 1 wicket after needing 30 with 8 wicktes in hand. Darley took 7 for 24 and Coronet nearly choked. Heard mt clear won by 10 wickets and not sure of point v brown hill.
