See what happens when us old codgers go down the beach for the week!?! You young bucks go mad on each other! Been busy on the old Zumper this week.

I think we've found the secret to rebuilding quickly and that is to pick a young group of kids who are all mates. Our changerooms are a very funny place to be at the moment and not even the old farts like myself or Appleton are immune to massive piss taking. It's a great place to be. Sometimes your hand is forced like ours was and it has been for the best.

Do North players get any money through the social club? I always thought that was the done thing up there.

Also, Xavier Watson had 7 stitches, the bleeding in the eye stopped but he had some blurred vision. Haven't seen The Courier so dunno if he was selected.

i dunno waka, i think deep down you are very very good friends

does anyone know that batsmen selected for country week this year?
and how do they fare compared to the total run scorers for the comp?

Not sure how they compare. I think Steenholdt is up there in the top 10, along with possibly uuuummm maybe no-one else. Maybe reserves L.Whinney and N.Miller would be in top 10 also.

Good to hear Xavier is looking ok Sven.
And yes a few blokes on this forum have been going mad, quite funny.

They all seem to be desperately out of form. Look at the wendouree batsmen between pyke, skinner and sam miller 2 scores of 50 or more have been made this year. R.Knowles surely doesn't deserve his spot & Les Sandwith made runs last year but not much to be said for his season to date. not sure about young and fletcher but they haven't dominated.
