We're not that far off the 4. We only just lost to GB in the last over of a OD match and LS scraped over the line to us last week after smashing Camera the week before.

I 100% agree that good sides find a way too win. Look at Boro, the first two games, they were in losing positions and won from nowhere. Those games make a club and a belief that a side is never out of it, and if a side continues to get in to winning situations and loses, it can also create a belief that the job is never done, which is just as disruptive.

The 4 is nothing like settled. Look at the draw and see who has played who. Eltham have played (current ladder position) 9/5/12/10/7 and Boro have played 6/4/10/12/11, whereas BU have played 2/12/3/7/4.
I know that you are only able to beat the sides put in front of you, but surely there is still a long way to go in this season. The top 6 sides will be fighting tooth and nail coming down to the last couple of games. With 5 sides already off the pace, % will come in to the equation.
Sides batting on, or sending the opposition back in will be again in the news!!

Agree there with you WU.
There is a long way to go however early wins on the board are invaluable. BU have a favourable draw from here onwards. Although lose one before x-mas will really put huge pressure on. Eltham & Heidelberg have had cruisy runs to date. Will know alot more by x-mas.

Yes greensborough eltham heidleburg yet to play each other which is in favour of Bu,on another note mont should dodge relegation stages now as they chalked up a win on the weekend,the slow start to the season hasn't helped,but with a few ins and another on the way on the boat,they'll be getting a few more wins on the board I'd think.
 
First we have blackhawk whinging and whining about umpires decisions. then we have Wanderunity whinging about the draw. how about you peanuts spend a bit more time at training rather than blame everything else on you not being in the 4. The captain and Fraser down there seems to be the only two who can hold his head high. The rest are sooks.

You said that the other day, just out of curiosity, how did he go out that game? You seem to want to pot their captain a bit, and I don't think that you were there at all.
 
You are either pretty dim Henderson or are deliberately not getting what WanderingUnity is saying. Try re-reading what he said, a little slower this time and maybe get some parental help with the bigger words.

If anyone was interested in the T20 results, Mill Park lost to us in a pretty tight match. Bundoora Utd batted first posting 211; skipper with 48, Ross with 67, Huck with 45no, Sharkey with 30 odd unbeaten and in reply Mill Park made 188 from 19 and a bit overs. Millane got 48, a few other blokes got some (apologies I can't remember names) and there were some big 6's hit so it was a pretty entertaining match.
 
Just out of curiosity xzibit? I find the picture you display quite funny because it's looks remarkably like that flog from Greensborough surely you aren't him?

Sounds like a good game! Banyule beat camera to get through. Diamo beat lower eltham with Michael hill making 120 of the team total of 155! Fair effort that!
 
Squeak isn't trolling him. Watched him bat and he looked sh$thouse. It's as simple as that! Sqqqquuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuueeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaak!
