As Mr.T said, I pity the ....

This was never a case of whinging, in fact we were very excited about playing the better ranked (in peoples minds) sides early in the year and seeing where we are at. And being very close to knocking off Boro and Heid, we see that if we can get some momentum going (last night was a good start) we will be right in the mix.

Morang not getting any better either!
Brown going back to Utd has not helped Morangs fight to stay up one bit
Having said that they have a huge game this week against Lower as a win will put them both on 6pts but another loss would put them 12pts behind Lower!

Hurstbridge v Bun Utd is another interesting game with the Bridges yet to fire a shot this season and another loss for the Foreign Legion Bun Utd will make it very very hard for them to break into the top 4!

Match of the round for mine is Stars v Heidelberg
Will the bergers stand up in their first big test of 13/14 and how will the aggressive Stars batting go after last weeks low scoring affair?
 
On behalf of most of the blokes on here xzibit i apologise for the garbage that troll puts on here. I certainly dont ask 4 it. I had ur blokes in 20/20 vs whittlesea a few weeks ago. Lots of laughs. 2nd game in money shorty and looking forward to opportunity

Agreed, plenty of batting to come for Eltham. Should chase that. The interesting one is BU and HB. If BU lose this they fall further behind. At 1OR-1W and 4 losses I think they'll be cooked. I think heidelberg's spot is the only one up for grabs in the 4. Big chance of losing the next 2, bringing them back towards the pack
 
Really is shaping as a cracking season, at both ends of the ladder.
Days runs totals of 184 / 307 (Boro ganging up on NEW 2's) / 228 / 188 / 207 / 184 - beautiful batting conditions, maybe the balls are too dark to see against the wonderful pale blue skies!!!

Eltham doing it without Minney will be a feather and a confidence booster.
Lower / Banyule and Mont all in strong positions to win - maybe a case of some real easy wins after Xmas if Morang are 2 games and % behind.
Heid looking at a loss and then up against Boro before Xmas, could be a big drop.
 
People have short memories. 3 weeks ago Eltham chased down 294 with Minney only getting 11. I have 100% confidence that the boys will get the job done.
