Well things have changed for Morely as he was a mercenary when he last played in Jika.

Anyway, blah, blah, blah... everyone says that people aren't paid and they're on less than you think...

When you use water that should be in Werribee you'll get that problem. On warm days its almost unbearable.

Flip, they're one and the same. Rosie and Camrea... all the guys at Jika are house are in awe of the players at those clubs.

And if you are the Flip, then having played at one of those clubs you know very well how influential they are.

It doesn't matter who the administrative people are at those clubs, its the fact that they have very good cricketers and the boys at Jika... er NMCA house get half a mongrel knowing that they have these guys in THEIR competition.

So that cultural issue drives the way the comp is ran. Not that there is anything wrong with it, as Keon Park proved last year. Lets hope they come good in March again!

Dickie, didnt McGann get suspended and wasnt it supposedly Bill Anderson who cited the captain of Rosebank, dont think there were any favours there, good discussion though , please elaborate

Mcgann should have been suspended for more than 1 match, Anderson did him and Camrea a favour as he umpired some junior game. Calling an umpire a F.....en Cheat should probably get a hefty suspension not just 1 match. Dont know the full details why rosebank captain was cited but apparently he walked away with an apology from nmca.

Rosebank/NB and Camrea taipans is too obvious an answer, from what you read on these very informative pages NU has some influence whilstin B grade Rivergum and OCBR seem to have a say

The 21s look to be heading for back to back premierships at the moment... with the only ones to prob stand in there way is Dandenong....
any thoughts?

Personally i think there are many hacks in the JIKA SHIELD including
G BELL
S MORLEY
G STELFOX
B LORD
A WHEATLEY
M De Felice
B BLISS

All Would struggle in in A grade but all like talking up themselves in the B grade of NMCA. Lets see which bloke or blokes can step up in A grade there wont be many of them as only 1 side will go up.
And please stop talking up M Perri on this site as it is a class above of bowling in A grade the pace the swing and line and length its not as easy as "B" grade to make massive scores

out of the 7 ppl u have mentioned in capital letters, who has ever said they would do well in A grade anyway??? whats the point of putting them down? u wouldnt even know half those players u are just shooting ur mouth off. you are a superstar. why dont u put ur stats up and show us how good you are.

Never heard any of the above seriously talk themselves up and speak regularly to a few of them? Do you think "B" grade comes after "A" grade for a reason? We not it's not easier we also know that every team in Quick is striving to be in Jika. I will say though if the class is that much better why don't we have teams that come down go straight back up? Quick shield is competitive every team has to earn their wins and most sides get along and have a beer with each other after the game, pretty much what HACKS like to get out of PARK cricket.
