The partnership between the two batsmen currently at the crease will be critical to the result. If India can break it immediately, we should be in good stead.

The conditions are overcast so the bowlers should get assistance early on. If there is a team that can chase this target then its this Australian team. But I'm expecting the Indian team to win.

There have been a few contentious LBW decisions but both sides have suffered because of it. India should win from here but its important that they don't get complacent and finish off the tail quickly.

This will be very big win for us. I am very proud how India have played. Ishant Sharma bowled so well. I never thought he would bowl well. He got Ponting out twice. Great bowling. Why is spinners still bowling we should get RP and Pathan to get the tail enders out soon.

The Symonds lbw was very close. It looked out at a full speed replay. You cant blame the umpire. It was not a decisions like Bucknor made in the last game. But Rauf gave some bad lbw decision.

Dont worry. There is no Agarkar in our team. I hope they get these wickets soon. We should win by as many runs possible.

but they have put up 70 runs already only in 75 balls.....this is not good.....why does india do this always do this.....now if we only had lead of 350 austalia would easly win  :cursing:

To be honest, the last partnership was getting a bit worrying because India have lost from such positions before. Finally, Pathan has broken it. Mitchel Johnson is quite handy with the bat. He very close to a well deserved 50.

Fine yorker by RP Singh to finish up the game. India have won at Perth where they were least expected to win. And in doing so they have stopped Australia from winning 17 tests in a row for the second time. This was a great team effort but I think Pathan deserves the Man of the Match.

Wonderful achievement for Indian cricket. We defeated them again after 5 years what no one could do. The bowlers done a great job even without Zaheer Khan. I never thought our bowlers would do so well. Both the new players Pathan and Sehwag did well in the match.

Yes Pathan and Sehwag justified their selections. I think Pathan should have played from the first game though. I cant understand the reason why he was not picked for Melbourne and Sydney. Sehwag batted well and got the crucial wicket of Gilchrist. Thanks to him India got off to a good start for a change. Something needs to be done about Jaffer though. He has failed regularly and maybe its time to bring Dinesh Karthik back in the team.

now india has great chance to draw series....india could be 1-1 instead of 1-2 if the umpires were better in the last game....but now we should look for adeliade

didnt think india would win but theyve done extremely well. that ishant sharma bowled pretty well to punter not easy to get him out twice. well done to india. our top order failed to produce too many runs in this game but hayden is going to be back for the next game :D

wow i cant believe india won and that too in perth. this is a historic win for us. well done to team india. australia cant go past 16 wins. they should have scheduled a series against some other team if they wanted to break the record. we stopped them in that sensational match in kolkata in 2001 and now again 7 years later. i had faith in our team that they would at least win a match in australia but never expected it in perth. i thought we lost our chances of winning after sydney but this is a great comeback. i hope we can do it in adelaide too.
